Eligibility
Sealed and unused products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Opened items for hygiene reasons (e.g., consumables) are not eligible unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return steps
Email contact@vidluxe.md with your order number, product, and reason. We’ll reply with instructions and, if needed, return label details.
Costs
If the return is due to defect or delivery error, we cover the costs. For change-of-mind returns, shipping may be borne by the customer depending on situation and courier.
Exchanges
If you want an exchange (shade or product), we verify stock and confirm steps. Usually processed after receiving the original parcel or after paying any price difference.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection. You’ll receive an email confirmation when completed.
