The website vildanbeauty.md is operated by SRL vidluxe (IDNO 123456789), based in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Using the site implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All orders placed through the website are subject to the laws of the Republic of Moldova. We may update these terms without prior notice; changes apply only to orders placed after publication.

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Data is collected and used only for:

• Processing and delivering orders
• Communications about order status
• Billing and accounting records
• Improving our services

Online orders are considered confirmed after successful payment. The order process includes selecting products, completing delivery and billing details, and finalizing payment.

Available payment options:

• Cash on delivery
• Bank transfer (in development)

Cash on delivery payments are made directly to the courier upon receiving the parcel. Please have the exact amount ready. You will receive a fiscal receipt on delivery. All displayed prices include VAT according to applicable law.

Delivery is carried out through partner courier services in the Republic of Moldova. Delivery times and costs are shown transparently during checkout.

Delivery options:

• Standard courier: 1–3 business days, fixed cost
• Express courier: next business day, extra cost
• Pickup point: ready within 24h, free

For orders over 500 MDL, delivery may be free in certain areas. The customer will be informed by email and will receive a tracking number to follow the parcel.

We offer 14 calendar days to return products, starting from the date of receipt. Products must be in their original packaging, sealed and in the same condition as delivered.

Return conditions:

• Sealed cosmetic products can be returned only if the packaging is intact
• Unsealed products can be returned only for medical reasons or manufacturing defects
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defects or delivery errors

The website uses secure HTTPS connections for transmitting all data. Payments are made on delivery, directly to the courier in cash.
