We deliver across Moldova and selected EU destinations. If your address is unavailable at checkout, contact us and we’ll recommend an option.
Rates and free shipping threshold
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Free shipping applies above the threshold shown in cart (if available). Any active promos are clearly displayed.
Dispatch and delivery timelines
Orders placed before 14:00 (EET) are handed to the courier the same business day. Typical timelines: 1–2 days în Moldova și 3–7 business days in the EU depending on courier and location.
Tracking and notifications
You’ll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned. You can also track via your account or the courier’s page.
Packaging and safety
Products are packed carefully to reduce leakage or damage. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier and contact us within 24h with photos.
